CREATIVE FUTURE FEST
A Creative Workshop for budding young artists!
I had the privilege of leading a workshop on The Fundamentals of Character Design at the Thomas Wolsey 550 funded Creative Future Fest 2024.
Engaging with young people aged 12-16 from various schools in Ipswich, I introduced them to character design theories through interactive tasks.

By mix-matching creative prompts we created a range of strange and wonderful characters ... a highlight being the Lemon King 'Lord Leminous the Sour'.

Witnessing their creativity blossom was truly rewarding. This event not only nurtures confidence and communication through creative workshops but also connects young participants with local organisations, providing valuable 'real-life' insights into different career paths.

LADDER INTERNSHIP
Ladders no Snakes - A Gaming Internship
I had the pleasure of assisting with the Learning Ladder internship led by Suffolk based Indie Games studio - Alarming Ladder. The program took place over the month of July, for Suffolk New College , Colchester Institute and University of Suffolk Students.
​My role involved reviewing the work created by Games Art students, giving feedback, writing industry standard design briefs and facilitating online industry talks. I hope this initiative becomes an ongoing project, providing valuable experience for aspiring creatives in our community!
